Job Description
- Conduct guided tours of popular tourist destinations, historical sites, or cultural attractions
- Provide informative and engaging commentary on the history, significance, and highlights of each location
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the tour
- Answer questions and provide assistance to tourists, creating a positive and memorable experience for each visitor
- Manage group dynamics and ensure smooth operation of tours, including coordinating transportation and organizing logistics
- Adapt to diverse groups of tourists and cater to their interests and needs
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, local events, and attractions to enhance tour content
- Maintain professionalism, excellent customer service, and a friendly attitude at all times
Required Qualification
- At least 2 or more years of experience in related field.
- Strong knowledge and passion for the local area, including its history, culture, and attractions
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Ability to engage and connect with people from different backgrounds and cultures
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently
- Fluent in English and Hindi languages
- Previous experience as a tour guide or in a related customer service role is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Smart and charming personality

- Good hospitality
- Driving license at least of two-wheeler
