Classic Tour
Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, keep an eye out for our representative holding a placard with your name. They will assist you to the hotel, where our tour officer will help with the check-in process and provide a briefing about the tour itinerary. In the evening, you can visit Thamel, the main tourist hub, and enjoy some time at a bar or club own your own. Have a comfortable overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu City Tour
After Breakfast we begin our cultural discovery in Kathmandu, the heart of Nepal. We’ll visit the Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred place where Lord Pashupatinath is worshipped for eternal peace and salvation. Next, we’ll see the impressive Boudhanath Stupa, a large stupa with a vibrant Tibetan culture around it. Moving on, we’ll explore Patan Durbar Square, a hub of fine art, with charming alleys and beautiful temples. Finally, we’ll visit Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the “Monkey Temple,” famous for its resident monkey population. After a fulfilling day, we’ll return to the hotel in Kathmandu for an overnight stay.
Day 03: Drive to Pokhara
After breakfast, get ready for an exciting adventure as we travel through on a scenic drive to Pokhara, covering a distance of 210 kilometers, which will take approximately 6 to 7 hours. Along the way, you’ll be treated to mesmerizing views of rivers, terraced fields, and as you approach Pokhara, the captivating sight of the Annapurna range will amaze you. Pokhara is renowned for its scenic beauty, often referred to as the “lake city.”
Once we reach Pokhara, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll through the city in the evening, soaking in the charming atmosphere. Alternatively, you can relax by the serene lakeside, taking in the picturesque views. Overnight, you’ll be staying in Pokhara, ready to explore its wonders the next day.
Day 04: Sarangkot with Pokhara sightseeing tour
In the morning, we’ll take a short drive to Sarangkot, a hilltop viewpoint known for its mesmerizing sunrise views. From here, you’ll be treated to the awe-inspiring sight of the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Manaslu mountain ranges bathed in golden sunlight.
After returning to the hotel and enjoying a delicious breakfast, our sightseeing adventure in Pokhara continues. First, we’ll visit the Bindhabasini Temple, an important religious site dedicated to the goddess Durga, offering a peaceful and spiritual ambiance. Next, we’ll head to Davis Falls, also known as “PataleChanggo,” where you can witness the spectacular underground waterfall created by water currents flowing beneath the land. The sight of the water disappearing into the depths is truly fascinating. Our exploration continues with a visit to Mahadev Cave, also called Gupteshwor Cave, a limestone cave housing a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. The cave’s ancient history and religious significance make it a unique and intriguing destination. Before the day comes to a close, we’ll stop at the Seti Gorge, where the Seti River flows through the city. At certain points, the river disappears underground, creating a mystical and picturesque setting. In the evening, you’ll have the delightful experience of a 01-hour boat ride on Fewa Lake, taking you to Taal Barahi Temple. After a satisfying day of exploration, you’ll have a comfortable overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 05: Drive to Chitwan
Drive towards Chitwan (180 km, 4-5 hrs drive). Chitwan is listed among one of the eight UNESCO world heritage sites. This is also the first national park of Nepal. You will enjoy 2 days full of jungle activities that will take you deep into the jungle and get closer to the wild as you comb the jungles for rhinos and tigers. On the evening there will be special cultural show by indigenous Tharu community people followed by dinner. Overnight stay at Chitwan.
Day 06: Jungle Activity in Chitwan National Park
The day will be filled with various jungle activities starting with jungle safari. Canoeing on the calm waters of Rapti River is the best way to spot water birds, crocodiles and alligators. Visit local Tharu village to closely observe the lifestyle and habitat of these indigenous people; and the brave can even take a guided walk through the jungle, surrounded by the hoots and roars of the forest. Overnight stay at Chitwan.
Day 07: Drive back to Kathmandu & Transfer to Nagarkot
After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu. Upon arriving, transfer to Nagarkot. Nagarkot is 32 KM from Kathmandu and 1:30 min of driving. Nagarkot is one of the nearest hill stations from Kathmandu. Upon arrival followed by welcome drinks check in at hotel and Evening enjoys the panoramic view of eastern mountain ranges with green high hills from your respective hotel & Overnight in Nagarkot.
Day 08: Depart Kathmandu
Our cheerful representative will drop you off to the airport three hours prior to the flight departure. The mystic land of the Himalayas holds many more secrets to be told. Come back again for another adventure visiting our spectacular mountains.
