DETAIL ITINERARY
Champadevi is situated at an altitude of 2,300 meters, at the ridge, the west of Kathmandu city. Thehilltopp of Champadevi offers breathtaking views of eastern and mid-Himalayan ranges including the Langtang and Annapurna ranges. The Champadevi village is also famous for the Buddhist stupa and many Buddhist followers visit the stupa every day. There will be a notable crowd during full moon day. The trip starts with 30 minutes drive from Kathmandu to Pharping village covering 16 Km. From Pharping village, the hiking trail ascends through villages and pine forests to Champadevi. The hiking period may vary from person to person, but in general, it takes 3 to 4 hours. On return, we will follow the same route which takes 1 hour to return to Pharping village where the vehicle parking point is.
