Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Transport Manager to join our dynamic team at Fishtail Tours and Travel Pvt. Ltd. located in Baluwatar, Kathmandu, Nepal. As a Transport Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our transportation department. We strongly recommend you to apply if you have a strong interest in logistics, outstanding organizational abilities, and experience in managing transportation networks. Duties and responsibilities are as given below:

• Planning and organizing transportation activities
• Maintain compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Keep updated on corporate vehicles bluebook renewal, insurance, pollution clearance.
• Performance monitoring and analysis
• Cost control and budgeting
• Oversee the daily operations of the transportation department, including fleet management, route planning, and driver supervision
• Manage relationships with third-party transportation providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance transportation operations
• Staff supervision and training, briefing to drivers and helper on day-to-day basis.
