As a Transport Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our transportation department. - Planning and organizing transportation activities
- Maintain compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Keep updated on corporate vehicles bluebook renewal, insurance, pollution clearance.
- Performance monitoring and analysis
- Cost control and budgeting
- Oversee the daily operations of the transportation department, including fleet management, route planning, and driver supervision
- Manage relationships with third-party transportation providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance transportation operations
- Staff supervision and training, briefing to drivers and helper on day-to-day basis.
