TOUR IN NEPAL
DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN THE CITY OF ARTS & ARCHITECTURE- KATHMANDU [1400m] Welcoming the guests is our passion | 29.9oC/3.2oC*|
Embarking on our journey begins from Kathmandu, the city with the remarkable architecture dated back to 16th Century. Our team representative will welcome you at the Tribhuwan International Airport and escort you to your designated hotel. Our representative will help you to check in to the hotel. You will be welcomed, facilitated and served with a beautiful hotel room. The first arrival day is entirely a break day. In the evening, you can walk around nearby touristic hubs like Thamel and Basantapur Durbar square. Overnight in Kathmandu.
DAY 02: PHOTOGRAPHY ON UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITES | SIGHTSEEING IN KATHMANDU |The city of arts and architecture |29.9oC/3.2oC*|
After breakfast we leave for full-day photographic sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley covering Kathmandu Durbar square which is also known as Hanuman Dhoka or Kumari temple (temple of living goddess). In this area we visit Kumari temple- temple of living goddess, Kasthmandap-the wooden temple built by a single tree, palaces, forts, temples & many more historical sites; SwayambhunathStupa-almost 2000 years old Stupa situated on a hillock offer breathtaking view of whole Kathmandu valley & eastern Himalayan ranges. Lunch will be served at specialty restaurant near PatanDurar Square. After lunch, we proceed for remaining Sightseeing tour to Patan Durbar Square– the city of art and architecture where we can see Durbar square, stone temple, Buddhist monasteries etc. Return to hotel, get refreshed and proceed for dinner at specialty restaurant. Overnight stay at Hotel in Kathmandu.
DAY 03: PHOTOGRAPHY ON UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITES SIGHTSEEING IN KATHMANDU |The city of temples and carvings |29.9oC/3.2oC*|
After breakfast we leave for more UNESCO world Heritage photographic sightseeing tour to Pashupatinath temple– the oldest and most sacred Hindu temple of the world situated on the bank of Holy Bagmati River where all the dead bodies of the valley is cremated. We further proceed to BoudhanathStupa-one of the biggest and oldest stupa of the world, the surrounding area also known as little Tibet because this area is covered by Tibetan refugees and which is one of the biggest Tibetan refugee camps of the valley. Lunch at Restaurant in Bouddhanath area. Rest of the day is free to explore Thamel- tourist hub. Late evening, dinner will be arranged at specialty restaurant in Thamel area.
We return to hotel and overnight.
DAY 04: PHOTOGRAPHY ON RUAL SITES OF THE VALLEY & UNESCO HERITAGE SITES
As soon as we are done with breakfast we leave for Ramkot and its other neighboring remote villages and busy on villages and rural faces photography. After lunch we proceed for two more UNESCO world Heritage sites for photography as ancient Hindu temple of Changu Narayan which is located on a high hilltop that is also known as Changu or Dolagiri. The temple is surrounded by forest with champak tree and a small village, known as ChanguVillage & Bhaktapur Durbar Square which was founded in 889 AD. The old palace square of Bhaktapur contains famous “Fifty-five windows palace”. It was the royal palace of Malla kings then. The golden gate in this square is the unique master piece of the Newari art work in the whole of Nepal. This old square is like an open museum of Hindu temples. The other famous sites are the ancient royal bath, the courtyard of Taleju shrine; the museum of art and history, the pottery square, the majestic Nyatapola temple, the famous Peacock window and the Dattatraya temple .We can feel the mythical air of timelessness in Bhaktapur. Return to hotel and overnight.
DAY 05: DRIVE FROM KATHMANDU TO POKHARA [900m] Incredible views of rivers, terrace fields and captivating view of the Annapurna range |31.8oC/7.8oC*| 5hrs|After breakfast we leave for Pokhara which takes approximately 5 hrs of smooth drive passing through the valleys, rivers, terraces fields and sometimes viewing different Himalayan ranges. On the way we can absorb local villagers working on their paddy fields, tourists are enjoying exciting white water rafting on the famous Trishulirivers, cable car riding to the famous Manakamana temple etc. Lunch will be served at Manakamana café or Riverside spring Resort. Once we arrive Pokhara after full day village, faces, nature, & landscape photography and we check in to hotel. After getting refreshed we can walk around famous Fewalake. Overnight in Pokhara.
DAY 06: DRIVE TO DHAMPUS & TREK TO AUSTALIAN CAMP [2232m] | A vantage point to see the Himalaya range all around |
As soon as we are done with Breakfast we drive to Dhampus Village which is one of the famous traditional Gurung villages of Nepal. Once we get there we will get busy on Mountain and villages photography. Right after lunch we hike to Australian camp. Australian Base Camp is a popular touristic destination and a vantage point where once can see the Himalaya range all around. Another beautiful part of the trip is to see the rural life with the rich culture of the Gurung ethnic group and their tradition. The Australian camp trek is a fairly easy trek in the beautiful foothills of the Annapurna. Once we arrive in Australian camp we set for Mountain photography. We get full day busy on Mountain and landscape photography. Overnight stay at camp.
DAY 07: TREK TO KARE & DRIVE TO POKHARA [900m] | Mood of the mountains |31.8oC/7.8oC*|We wake up early in the morning and busy on photography of the “Mood of the Mountains”. We can shoot different poses of mountain ranges as golden, red, white as color changes. Breakfast and hike down to Kare and drive back to Pokhara. Once we Arrive Pokhara we check in to hotel. After lunch proceed for Sightseeing tour covering International Mountain museum, Devi’s Fall, Bindubaisni temple and Fewa lake. Rest of the day can be busy on different photography as per the personal interest Dinner and overnight at Hotel.
DAY 08: FULL DAY IN NATURE PARADISE CITY POKHARA | Find peace as the view of Annapurna range in the background simply takes our breath away |
We leisurely wake up in the morning and drive for peace Stupa and shoot as per the interest of our own. On return we visit village areas and other scenic sites. Rest of the day free to explore our own or join on any adventure activities as paragliding, ultra light gliding, Zip flyer, Bungee etc or busy on photography other attractions of Pokhara as we can visit The Davis falls, or “PataleChanggo” in Nepali is actually an underground waterfall or SetiGandaki Gorge standing atop the MahendraPul (Pul: Bridge). Bindabasini Temple which is dedicated to goddess Durga- the deity of supreme power, right in the center of the bazaar. The 16th century architecture is sure to delight us. Look into our inner self and, we will find peace as the view of Annapurna range in the background simply takes our breath away. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 09: PHOTOGRAPHY OF ANCIENT KINGDOM & BANDIPUR VILLAGE [1030m]Picturesque town nestled in the Himalayan foothills|1-2hrs|
After breakfast we drive to Gorkha- the ancient capital of Nepal which is just 90 Km far from Pokhara and 2 hours of drive. We visit historical sites, museum, palaces etc. We can explore the surroundings by taking photographs and visit the famous Gorkha Palace (Durbar) built in a Newari style. There is another worth visiting places like as Old Gorkha Bazar that exhibits many historic monuments; RatnaMandir, Bhimsen temple, Tallo durbar built in 1835. After lunch we drive to Bandipur which is 45 Kms ahead and 1 hrs of drive. Bandipur is a picturesque town nestled in the Himalayan foothills of Nepal, a land as famous for its natural beauty as for the hospitality of its people. Bandipur captivates the visitor with its cultural appeal and pristine scenery. This Newari town has maintained its age-old flavor, and presents sightseers with a heady mix of history, architecture, incredible views, awesome caves and unspoiled landscapes. The worth visit to the town is an opportunity to get a close look at Newari culture. Overnight in Bandipur.
DAY 10: DRIVE TO CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK [100m]Offers one of Asia’s best wildlife-viewing spots|36.4oC/9.7oC*| 2hrs |
We wake up early morning to shoot and witness the view of mid and eastern Himalayan ranges with sunrise. We enjoy the walking around village. We will have breakfast, rest for sometimes and drive towards Chitwan National Park which is 85 Kms far and 2 hrs of drive enjoying the view of the mountains, rivers, passing through the valleys on the way. Once we arrive Chitwan National Park we check in to Jungle camp or Resort followed by lunch. In the evening local villages tours will be arranged. And we can also enjoy the sunset over the jungle as its background. Late evening Tharu cultural dance program followed by Dinner. Overnight in Chitwan.
DAY 11: JUNGLE SAFARI IN CHITWAN | Canoeing on the calm waters of Rapti River is the best way to spot water birds, crocodiles and alligators |
There’s a plenty to keep us busy here, from joining the elephants at bath time to visiting local Tharu villages, and the brave can even take a guided walk through the jungle, surrounded by the hoots and roars of the forest. Nature buffs from around the world come here for safari to scan the treetops for exotic bird species and scour the jungles for rhinos and tigers. Canoeing on the calm waters of Rapti River is the best way to spot water birds, crocodiles and alligators. A lunch break inside the park will provide us with a sweet respite from our saunter. Before we call it a day, visit the gharial breeding project and see both gharial and marsh mugger crocodiles up close. The program has been commendable in protecting these endangered species and releasing them back into the wild. Overnight in Chitwan.
DAY 12: DRIVE TO KATHMANDU[1400m]Beautiful Trishuli River coming from the mountains, hilly landscapes, primitive shops and villages | 29.9oC/3.2oC*| 4-5hrs|
The day sees us traveling back to Kathmandu with the 200 km drive to reach Kathmandu on a winding highway. En route we can witness beautiful Trishuli River coming from the mountains, hilly landscapes, primitive shops and villages. From Kathmandu there is a half-hour drive taking us to Nagarkot the premiere hill station on the Kathmandu Valley rim; here we can whiff a breath of fresh mountain air and view the rolling hills on the eastern rim of Kathmandu valley. Kick back and relax, beat the mountain chill with some wine. Overnight in Nagarkot.
DAY 13: FINAL DEPARTURE |To know how satisfied our guests are measured not only by how tight the goodbye hugs are but by staying in touch with us forever |
This is the last day of your visit. You can enjoy shopping and buying souvenir to friends and relatives. We will drop you to the airport 3 hrs prior to the departure time. The memories that you have shared with us matter a lot. Waving hands and goodbye hugs are just not enough, we tell our beloved guests to stay in touch with us. This is the way how we feel satisfied by our services.
