Dhampus village is situated at an altitude of 1,750 meters northwest of Pokhara valley which is a famous beautiful ethnic Gurung village of brave soldier, Gorkha which you can explore through Dhampus Hiking tour from Fishtail Tours and Travels. It also serves as one of the main entry points to the Annapurna Base Camp and other trekking trails of the Annapurna Region.

The trip starts from our hotel by surface driving to Phedi covering 10 Km and 30 minutes of drive. From Phedi, we accent steep upward for 45 minutes to 1 hour hike that leads to lower Dhampus.  From lower Dhampus, we gradually accent through paddy fields, forests, and villages to Dhampus village. The hike may take one and a half hours to reach the main village.  Lunch will be served to enjoy the sceneries; mountain views & drive back to Pokhara by 4-wheel drive vehicle.
