DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN THE CITY OF ARTS & ARCHITECTURE- KATHMANDU [1400m]|Welcoming the guests is our passion | 29.9oC/3.2oC*|
Embarking on our journey begins from Kathmandu, the city with the remarkable architecture dated back to 16th Century. Our team representative will welcome you at the Tribhuwan International Airport and escort you to your designated hotel. Our representative will help you to check in to the hotel. You will be welcomed, facilitated and served with a beautiful hotel room. The first arrival day is entirely a break day. In the evening, you can walk around nearby touristic hubs like Thamel and Basantapur Durbar square. Overnight in Kathmandu.
DAY 02: SIGHTSEEING IN KATHMANDU |The city of arts and architecture|29.9oC/3.2oC*|
Today is a big day for you as you finally get to kick-start your cultural discovery! We have a lot of sightseeing in store for you starting with Kathmandu, the nerve-center of Nepal. It flaunts its rich history and vibrant culture in every possible nook and cranny. Kathmandu Durbar Square is rich with ancient palaces with spectacular art and architecture whereas Pashupatinath Temple is one of the holiest places for Hindus. We then make our way to the largest stupa in the world: Boudhanath Stupa followed by Swayambhunath Temple. Swayambhunath meaning the “the self-existent” is popular among foreigners owing to the large monkey population residing in the area. No wonder why it’s also called “Monkey Temple”. Overnight in Kathmandu.
DAY 03: DRIVE FROM KATHMANDU TO SUNDARIJAL AND TREK TO CHISAPANI|2300m|| A place of cool shades, tall trees, beautiful streams and peaceful atmosphere|4-5hrs|
After having breakfast we drive to Sundarijal where we can find many local picnickers enjoying their outing. It’s a place of cool shades, tall trees, beautiful streams and peaceful atmosphere far from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. From here we commence our trek to Chisapani enjoying the breathtaking views of picturesque countryside and snow-capped mountains. We immerse ourselves in nature walking through forests and some local settlements for some cultural exploration. After passing through the village of MulKharka we reach Chisapani. Overnight in Chisapani.
DAY 04: TREK TO NAGARKOT|2175m|Forests feeling awestruck to see the beautiful landscape |6hrs|
Right after having breakfast we trek to Nagarkot through beautiful villages, forests feeling awestruck to see the beautiful landscape, lush jungles and beautiful panoramic mountains.En route we can witness lots of travelers and local communities passing by. It is certainly a great pleasure to walk this route as it is one of the easiest trails around Kathmandu valley. Once we reach Nagarkot we can chill out with some cocktails or grab a bottle of lager at the hotel in the lap of Mother Nature. Overnight in Nagarkot.
DAY 05: TRANSFER TO DHULIKHEL |1550m|Lovely views of Nepalese countryside with its pastoral lifestyle |2-3hrs|
Following breakfast, we drive to another popular Newari town which boasts of its rich cultural heritage. We can get to see lovely views of Nepalese countryside with its pastoral lifestyle. Also spectacular views of the snow-capped peaks cannot be missed in this journey (if the weather permits). Certainly, we can find it as a charming place to discover and we can immerse ourselves in its tranquil atmosphere and relax. Overnight in Dhulikhel.
DAY 06: DRIVE BACK TO KATHMANDU EN ROUTE BHAKTAPUR TOUR | Temples with elaborate carvings, gilded roofs and open courtyards |1-2hrs|
After breakfast we drive back to Kathmanduvia Bhaktapur. En route we have a chance to discover Bhaktapur, City of Devotees. Bhaktapur Durbar Square is filled with monuments, carved wooden columns, palaces and temples with elaborate carvings, gilded roofs and open courtyards. The city is dotted with pagodas and religious shrines showcasing rich history and vibrant culture in every nook and cranny, making it a living heritage. Overnight in Kathmandu
DAY 07: TOUR OF PATAN | A square lined with cafes, grocery stores and huge iron bells| AND KIRTIPUR | The traditional lifestyle of the local Newari |
Following breakfast we discover Patan, City of Fine Arts. Patan Durbar Square and as we walk past the whitewashed gate, we enter a square lined with cafes, grocery stores and huge iron bells. Still beyond the alleys lie mostly medieval neighborhoods of the city. Temples and Stupas are in abundance, in various shapes, sizes and antiquity. After we have a tour of a city of art and craft, surely we go back to have seen so much of medieval art and architecture that really flourished during the Malla reign. Later on we can discover off the beaten Newari town of Kirtipur located on a hill southwest of Kathmandu. Here we can discover the traditional lifestyle of the local Newari of Kirtipur along with the rich cultural heritage it boasts. We drive back to Kathmandu. There will be a farewell dinner in the evening. We can pick our meal from carefully crafted menu that offers a wide range of choices. We can also try the traditional Nepalese cuisine. DAY 08: FINAL DEPARTURE |To know how satisfied our guests are measured not only by how tight the goodbye hugs are but by staying in touch with us forever |
This is the last day of your visit. You can enjoy shopping and buying souvenir to friends and relatives. We will drop you to the airport 3 hrs prior to the departure time. The memories that you have shared with us matter a lot. Waving hands and goodbye hugs are just not enough, we tell our beloved guests to stay in touch with us. This is the way how we feel satisfied by our services.
