Outbound and Operation Sales Officer

Requirements:

1. At least 2-3 years of experiences is required in related field
2. Minimum education qualification: At least should have bachelor degree in related field or BTTM

Job Description:

1. Discuss with Tour operation/ Transport and sales personal about the services
2. Coordinate with suppliers, driver/ tour operation and sales
3. Welcome clients at arrival point
4. Brief about the company, country, destination they are visiting and itinerary
5. Handle all the unavoidable situation
6. Brief about the activities and optional sales
7. Prepare daily / weekly and monthly report and submit in time.

Other Specification:

1. Highly knowledgeable about the tourism and tourism destinations of the world
2. Having Good Knowledge about tourism destinations and its historical significance
3. Time Flexibility
4. Polite and courteous
5. Punctual
6. Having own conveyance with driving license
7. Good habit on maintaining  smart dress up. Personal hygiene and sanitation
8. Knowledge on preparing itinerary, confirmation sheet etc.
9. Good coordinator
10. Having good knowledge on International Tour operation

Note : Candidates will be shortlisted as per requirements

Remuneration: NPR 15,000 to 25,000 per month
