VACANCY FOR ADMIN/FINANCE MANAGER
We, Fishtail Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd., a renowned Company involved in the Hospitality Business for last three decades, are seeking a qualified, competent and self motivated professional to lead our Admin and Finance departments as an Admin cum Finance Manager.
The Role Overview:
The Admin cum Finance Manager (AFM) has primary responsibility for overseeing all Budget and Fiscal functions, policies and procedures. The AFM also oversees human resource functions, procurement, and risk management functions. S/he also supervises the finance and admin function, and other staff in the Finance and Operations division; and the Internal Audit function. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those described below:
Financial Management:
- Prepares the annual budget, monitor expenditures and variances, and proactively updates income and expense projections;
- Ensures that; daily account is up to date and have been maintained properly·
- Becomes responsible for Package-wise Costing and other type of Costing of the Company;
- Ensures the analysis and planning for all business operations including cash Flow forecasting to meet cash Flow needs and adherence to operational requirements;
- Produces accurate monthly and ad hoc Financial reports for the Senior Management;
- Ensures that Company’s Taxation part like VAT, TDS etc. records are accurately and timely calculated/kept/paid and reporting done timely to the concern agency of the Governments;
- Make sure Receivable collection has happened timely and regularly as per agreed terms & conditions;
- Ensures timely Party payments according to the terms & conditions;
- Prepares on daily basis Company’s Receivable and Payable list accurately;
- Leads annual statutory Audit process and serves as the primary liaison with audit Firm;
- Ensures all Balance sheet reconciliations (bank accounts, investments, pre-paid, deposits, accruals, depreciation, etc.) on regular basis;
- Oversees documentation of revenue/ contributions, Leaves, expenditure, invoices and invoicing needs;
- Develops and implement systems including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP);
- Supervises, guides and trains internal control/compliance personnel
Coordinates with other Department Heads internally and with Government Agencies externally;
Human Resources :
- Oversees payroll, benefit administration, recruiting, and other human resource activities as needed;
- Develops and updates related policies in light with country laws requirements;
- Assures compliance with applicable HR, employment and personnel laws and regulations;
- Ensures that the HR system has updated personnel and operations policies and procedures and ensure compliance;
- Ensures that HR unit periodically trains and orients staff on personnel policies and procedures;
Operations, technology and systems :
- Oversees management and maintenance of all office systems and facilities including IT;
- Overseas procurement policies and ensures all procurement processes follow the policy and standard of the Company;
- Oversees Company’s insurance policies and ensure organization is adequately covered;
- Ensures emergency and security policies and procedures are understood and followed, including cyber-security procedures;
- Oversees compliance with Government registration (Federal, Provincial and Local) and reporting obligations, including Ministry of Tourism Industry (MAoTI) procedures, guidelines and regulations

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Masters with 7 years’ experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 15 years’ experience. Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or with full qualification of CA or equivalent experience;
- At least 5 years of experience developing policies, procedures and systems for managing finance, operations and Taxation;
- Experiences on Hospitality Business including Travels and Tours, Hotels etc. would have plus value;
- Experienced on web-based accounting software;

- Able to set priorities and multi-task while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines;
- Excellent communications skills, including during tough negotiations and in light of staff adjustment to adhere to new policies and procedures;
